SPeRS Standards The SPeRS Drafting Committee is making the SPeRS Standards, and a Summary of SPeRS Principles, available to the public free of charge. These documents provide the text of the SPeRS standards and briefly summarize the concepts embodied in the SPeRS guidance. To get the most use from the SPeRS process, however, you should review the guidance contained in the SPeRS manual, which can be ordered here.
