1. This two-part panel discussion will cover all aspects of the burgeoning electronic mortgage marketplace. The first panel will discuss how electronic promissory notes are created, stored and transferred and cover the GSEs' electronic mortgage plans. It also will examine the success of MERS and MISMO, and provide guidance on the industry's future directions.

2. The second panel will examine electronic recordation, one of the final frontiers in electronic real estate transactions. Industry experts will discuss the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recordation Act and explain how county recorders' offices are developing and using electronic recordation systems.
